We are looking for company drivers to join our team. We offer late model equipment, non-forced dispatch, online load availability, pre-pass, I-pass, health insurance, profit sharing, and much more. And our top driver earned over $83,000.00 last year. Our travel lanes are 48 states and Canada with our primary lanes in the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast and home time is based on individual needs –most of our drivers are home on weekends.

OTR Company Driver Information

Requirements:
25 years of age or older with 3 years verifiable open trailer experience and Class A CDL

Company Driver Pay based on 100% of line haul:
25% of line haul
Average yearly earnings for Specialized Drivers $61,120.00
Average yearly earnings for Super-load Drivers $86,456.00
Tarp Pay 50%
Stop-off Pay 50%
Detention 25%
Bi-weekly payroll

Additional Pay
$20 Per Diem – per 24 hours away from home
Six Paid holidays
Profit sharing
Additional ½ % pay increase at annual review (based on evaluation)

Safety Incentive
Additional 1 % after 1-year continuous employment with no accidents or claims
Additional 1 % after 2 years continuous employment with no accidents or claims
Additional 1 % after 5 years continuous employment with no accidents or claims

Equipment
All trucks are late model Peterbilt or Western Star
All equipment is inspected every 6 months
Pre-pass and I-pass

All insurance provided
