Director of Sales
T-U is currently looking for an Executive level Director of Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop sales strategies to market current services
- Research and present ideas to penetrate new markets
- Forcast, meet and exceed sales objectives, revenue plan and margin
- Develop, train and lead all sales personnel
- Create marketing and advertising strategies
- Build and maintain Customer and Agent relationships
- Travel will be required of this position
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 Yrs Verifiable Transportation Sales Experience
- At least 5 Yrs Experience leading a sales team
- Proven sales record of exceeding revenue/profit goals
- Strong leadership skills
- Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.

(2) Business Development Representatives
Primarily responsible to develop, support and manage customer and agent relationships within assigned region. Directly accountable for sales, on-time delivery goals, revenue plans, agent activity and profit margin goals. Required: High School Diploma, college preferred; at least 3 years verifiable sales experience in the transportation industry
T-U additional requirements:
- Detail oriented, strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to function in a fast paced environment
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
- Basic knowledge of pricing and selling flat-bed, specialized and over dimensional freight is a PLUS
