Pictured is Paul Mobley, a T-U owner operator approaching his 15 year anniversary with the company. Paul understands that the trucking industry experiences ups and downs that can be scary. Thankfully T-U has been a constant player in the trucking industry for 58 years and knows what it looks like to take care of business during tough times.
Treating Paul with the respect he deserves means he is also given the freedom to find his own freight or look on the market for his own. In most cases, drivers choose to prioritize company freight for the oversized loads, great pay, and respectful customers.
